In brief, The Licensing Advisory Consultancy Limited was established in 2002 by Christopher Muggleton who saw a niche demand by Licensors to have an industry savvy consultancy who could perform royalty examinations of their Licensees as well as provide industry specific advice with regard to contractual negations and industry trends.

Since 2002, we have had the pleasure to repeatedly work for leading rights owners, their respective agents, as well as European Television companies, Premiership Football Clubs and Sports Franchises.

Christopher has been working in the Licensing Industry since 1995, initially worked in the music industry performing royalty examinations on behalf of multi-million selling recording artists. He then spent six years at Disney Corp supervising their Licensing Compliance team both in Paris and London. Both Christopher’s Undergraduate and Postgraduate Law degrees specialised in Intellectual Property.
